Halloween Expo and the crazy corn maze and pumpkin patch

This year as part of Reagan's birthday we went to the Halloween Expo. This was the first one that Utah has done and it was pretty awesome. The kids loved playing all the different games and trying all the different accessories on. They got to paint pumpkins and wear their costumes. Dave also wore his costume but mine hadn't come in the mail yet so I was the odd one out. Oh well we still had a blast. Then later that week Reagan, Matthew and I went to the crazy corn maze and pumpkin patch. Any excuse the kids have to wear their costumes they are going to take it. They love wearing them. The pumpkin patch was fun the kids are old enough to run and choose their own pumpkins now. They got to play in a pool of corn. The maze was a first for me. It took a little while to get through and it was pretty worm that day so we all started to get hot and long for the end of the maze. All in all it was pretty good though. Reagan says she doesn't want to do another corn maze like that again. it was way way to long.

Reagan turns 7!

My beautiful girl has turned 7! I can't believe I have a 7 year old. The time has gone by so fast. She is so sweet to everyone. Her teacher is always telling me how everyone just loves her. She is everyone's friend. She has such a tender heart like I did at her age. She is Sassy and loves to make everyone laugh. Sometimes she says things that are way beyond her years. I love my sweet, smart, beautiful, spunky little girl. She brings so much light into our lives. I am so glad that I get to be her Momma. Love you Reagan!

Back to school Yay! I can't believe that my Reagan is going to be going to first grade. She is getting so big. Another year of preschool for Matthew but this year he goes three days a week instead of two. He did really well in his class last year with Miss Emily so I kept him there for this year. Reagan met her teacher yesterday before she started her first full day of school today. She was so excited. I'm pretty excited too but I still miss having my little girl around. Matthew started yesterday and Miss Emily said that he had a perfect day at school. I'm excited for my kids and for this year and what exciting things they will learn. Yay for school!
