Halloween Party and some silliness

Last night was my aunt's Halloween party. This was Reagan's first and we were so excited to put her in her costume. If you can't tell she is a little ladybug. She had fun as did Dave and I and there were so many fun things for Reagan to experience and see.



It usually takes Reagan a little while to warm up to new places. She goes to anyone but she doesn't really start acting like herself for a little while. But when she finally started warming up is when we pulled out the camera to see if we could catch her being adorable.

I love her little smile when she is trying not to smile all the way. it's like she knows something we don't.

I love Reagan in this little hat that her Aunt Melissa gave her. When she first gave it to her the flower totally covered her whole face. As you can see she is slowly growing into it. Thank you aunt missy.


This is the best picture. I love it when I can catch her doing a face like this. it's really hard to get her to smile for the camera so I have to be quick.

Reagan's birthday

Next she opened presents from her Grandma and Grandpa and Aunt. She got clothes and pajamas, some water toys to play with in the tub from her aunt...we will be trying those out tonight, and some books and a little farm trackter that she can pull along while it sings. All in all it was a great evening. We all had a lot of fun.

Our Angel turned 1

Okay first of all I know that the eyes in our picture are red. I will fix them soon. Now for the highlight event. Reagan is 1 I can't believe it. We had a small little family party last night for her. We had dinner and then cake and presents.
The first picture is of our new couch. I just wanted to show you all that we finally got something that belongs to us. Our very own first piece of furniture since we've been married. I love it. it is so comfortable.

Reagan woke up to Dave and I going into her room to sing happy birthday. Then we fed her a very special breakfast of rice cereal :-) and then she got her present. Her very first laptop of her very own. She loved it so much she carried it around all day.



Then she got all ready in her cute little party dress that her grandma got for her. She looked so cute in it. and she loved it. She even spinned around in it a couple of times.


This is her very first cake. I love it. it is cookie monster and there are cookies in his mouth. Reagan loved it. I got a picture of her almost grabbing it but it didn't come out that well.

I had to take more pictures of her in that cute dress. She is such a pretty little thing. I guess it's a good thing that she gets her looks from her daddy.

She loves her grandma. But not as much as she loved the curly strings on her dress.


Okay now this is the actual cake that she ate. The cookie monster cake was actually for the adults. It was so cute. Now these next pictures are of her being really timid about getting messy and diving into the cake. But by the last picture she got a taste and decided that it was well worth the mess.

Funny Girl

Reagan and I were having a little fun before Daddy came home and I had to run to work. She looks a little tired in this picture but that's because it's right before her nap time.

I don't know what she is looking at in this photo but she looks really engrosed by it doesn't she?

She grabbed my vest and put the hood on her head and started walking around the apartment with it on her head. it was so cute. Then she grabbed her own jacket and started doing the same thing with hers. I just love how cute and fun she is. I love her so much.



I love this picture. She is so cute. She thought it was the funniest thing to have that on her head.

Witch Fest

Reagan and I met up with my sister yesterday afternoon to go to gardener village to see the witches. Reagan did like them she couldn't take her eyes off of them. But when it came time to take a picture it was an accomplishment to just get her to look our way. She is a happy girl but it is very hard to get her to smile for the camera. Oh well I'll take what I can get. At least she looked at the camera....sometimes.



There are witches in this photo but they obviously didn't come out very well. Their is one on each side of my sister.




We stopped for a little treat right before heading home. Reagan loves cookies and chocolate so I guess it's a good thing that her birthday month is the month of Candy?

We had so much fun and hit our car right as it started to rain. Thank you Aunt Jessica for such a fun outing.

Conference Weekend

I just love Conference Weekend. I love to be able to relax and listen to the prophet and his apostles speak and be able to do it in my pajamas :-) . This year I missed the saturday morning session because I was working that morning. I got to listen to the second half on my way home from work. But Sunday was all mine to spend at home with my family. Reagan was up for a good while with her lovely bedhead before we put her down for her morning nap. Then Dave and I enjoyed the first session together before she woke back up. She slept through the entire first session.


After the first session we headed over to my parents house where my sisters fed us with the most wonderful food before being spiritually fed for the second session. It was a wonderful day. Thank you to my two wonderful sisters for the excellent food and good times. To bad my parents were not there to enjoy. Maybe next time they will join us.
